On-line registration is possible through this web site. Click on-line registration form and follow the instructions. On-line payment is only possible by credit card (Visa, Eurocard or MasterCard). This service will let you register and pay through the Internet with an officially secured system SSL and receive your confirmation letter on-line. Participants must bring this letter to the registration desk as proof of their registration.

REGISTRATION

Registration form is also available on this web site ready to be printed: Download form. Please send it by fax or post together with the corresponding payment to the Secretariat before 29th June 2007. Late registration will be possible on-site. Registration forms received without the complete contact address or without payment will not be accepted. The fees should be paid in Euros by credit card (American Express, Visa, Eurocard or MasterCard) or by bank cheque in Euros payable through a Spanish bank and made out to AOPC-ILIC 2007. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment of registration fees. A confirmation letter will be sent by regular post. Participants must bring this letter to the registration desk as proof of their registration.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Delegate registration fees are refundable minus a 100€ administrative charge if cancellation is submitted in writing before June 29th, 2007. After that date no refunds can be done. Refunds are paid following the conference.

OFFICIAL LETTER OF INVITATION

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters cannot grant any financial support. Requests should be made by e-mail or fax to the Congress Secretariat and should include the participant's full mailing address, passport number and fax number.
