Further information
The field trips that will take place are: PRE-1, PRE-2, PRE-3 and POST-2.
The cancelled field trips are: PRE-4, POST-1, POST-3 and POST-4.
The list of field trips that will take place will be announced on February 14th. If any field trip is cancelled, the people who are registered for those trips will have the chance of choosing another field trip whose enrolment list is still always taking into account the differences in price.
Places will be allocated strictly on a first-come first-paid basis, based on replies received electronically or by post the congress secretariat, and full payment being received.
Notice that field trip registration requires the payment of congress registration fee by February 10th 2007.
Cancellation and refund policy. In case a delegate cancels a field trip booking, the following will be applicable:
- Until 1st April 2007: full refund
- From 2nd April until 1st June 2007: 50% refund
- After 2nd June 2007: no refund
Rendezvous time and details:
Confirmation letter received from the Congress secretariat at the time of registration doesn´t mean that the field trips chosen have been confirmed. Field trip leaders will communicate with successful participants on confirmation of their participation, final details or possible changes. If you have any special meal requirements, please contact Field trip leader in advance
